Hey fine folks! Can you believe September is right around the corner? You know what that means—time to break out the fall gear! 🍁 Halloween anyone? Do you already have your pumpkins, witches, and skeletons out, or are you waiting it out a little longer?
I always laugh at how the holidays keep stretching earlier every year. Halloween basically starts on July 5th (right after the fireworks fizzle out), and Christmas? That kicks in on November 1st and goes well into January… sometimes earlier for the true holiday enthusiasts.
The last couple of years we haven’t even been home for Halloween, so I’m extra excited to stay put this year and decorate. I’ll hold off until Labor Day weekend, but then—watch out—I’m bustin’ out the witches, goblins, and spooky lights! 👻 As for Christmas, decorating usually kicks off around November 10th for me. It takes time to get everything out, so I give myself a head start (that’s my story and I’m sticking to it).
And of course, our store stays stocked with seasonal goodies all year long. After all, we specialize in vintage treasures, and you never know when someone might be searching for a 1950s Santa Claus, a mid-century reindeer, or a delightfully creepy vintage witch.
