Full Downsizing Consultation — $250

Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll schedule a personalized, in-home session (up to three hours) where we:

  • Review your belongings and discuss your goals

  • Identify items with potential resale or sentimental value

  • Explore liquidation options with pros and cons for each

  • Provide trusted contacts for estate sales, auction houses, or consignment partners

  • Includes follow-up via email or phone to ensure you’re moving forward confidently, and answer any lingering questions

Travel within 60 minutes of Dayton, Ohio included. Travel beyond that radius can be arranged with a small surcharge.


Client Advocate & Oversight Service — starting at $250

If you’d like someone to work alongside your chosen estate sale or liquidation company, I can act as your advocate — ensuring your best interests are represented and communication remains smooth.
This service is fully customizable based on your level of involvement and the scope of your project.
