Antique socket firmer chisel or timber-framing chisel with a 1-3/4" square cutting edge. Measures approximately 9" long and weighs 14.7 oz. The socket retains a portion of an old wooden handle. Several stamped markings are present but are too worn to identify confidently.

Preowned restoration condition with heavy surface rust, oxidation, pitting, scratches, discoloration, and wear throughout. The cutting edge is rough and uneven and will require sharpening or restoration before use. No handle is included. Please review all photos for condition, measurements, and markings.
