Made in Japan during the 1960s, these "littles" feature a boy and girl chef in classic red and white uniforms with tall chef hats. Each shaker is hand-painted on wood and retains its original cork base, one of which still carries a partial "Japan" stamp. These appear to have been purely decorative and never used, as they are exceptionally clean. Their tiny 2-inch stature makes them a perfect addition to a spice rack, shadow box, or a dedicated "Made in Japan" miniatures collection.
